Steve Martin started to DJ 24 years ago. He was a resident DJ for many years in New Brunswick. Now he plays day events, festivals, and afterhours. He has always played and enjoyed old school House, Techno and Dance music. Now as an electronic DJ he plays, a variety of House, Tech House, Minimal, and Techno using the latest and newest DJ technologies.
Steve is the creator of Fresh Beat a weekly radio show that airs on 5 FM radios stations in Ontario, Quebec, and New-Brunswick. Fresh Beat has also performed in NB at La Foire Brayonne for 3 years in front of thousands of people, and also in Ottawa at the Rideau Canal Festival. Steve is one the organizers of the Ottawa (EMF) Electronic Music Festival, and Fresh Beat at Canada Day at the National Gallery of Canada. He is hosting a very popular podcast on Itunes with almost 100 episodes presenting artists such as Mistress Barbara, Carlo Lio, Martin Villeneuve, Zoltan Kontes, Skoozbot, and many more.
