The local organizers are proud to announce the return of the second season of Piknic Électronik Gatineau, at the River Park, located behind the Canadian Museum of Civilization, starting June 10th! Every Sunday, from 2PM to 9PM, from June 10th to September 16th 2012, with the exception of September 1st, kids, adults and families are welcome to this outside event. Again this year, “after parties” will be taking place every Sunday at the Petit Chicago.

The concept of Piknic Électronik was born in Monteal and is dedicated to electronic music and the re-appropriation of green spaces. Piknic Électronik is an innovative weekly event that combines the best of hedonism and discovery. Its mission is to democratize the world of electronic music and to highlight the innumerable talents of the local and international electronic scenes.

Piknic Électronik Gatineau, which started last year with a series of 9 events, is coming back strong this year with 14 events! This will be an occasion to present more local and international talents with a program of more than 55 DJs and producers that will be performing right here in Gatineau.
